My name is Lynda and I'm a proud Donegal woman. Married with two beautiful children (boy aged 3 and girl aged 1). I also work full-time but love cooking. This is my second blog. The first one being The Rachel Allen Easy Meals Challenge whereby I cooked all 180+ recipes from Rachel Allen's cook book called Easy Meals. With that complete, my readers wanted more and I wanted more so I moved onto Cake. One thing though, I won't be making a Cake recipe everyday!
I am in no way a qualified cook/chef and my job is nothing to do with cooking but I was reared on my Mammy's food with every meal made from scratch. I've many recipe books but Rachel Allen is by far my favourite chef.
